Good Exercises

I have yet to finish the book, but the parts that I have read are immediately useful. The exercises are valuable and should be worked on daily in order to foster self-awareness. This is another book I would recommend to those engaged in serious spiritual study as it avoids the new-age fluff and gets down to business.

I've been doing qigong for a while now and wanted to find even more ways to work with my energy for health purposes. WOW. I LOVE THIS BOOK!. Simple exercises that are well described. You can spend as much or as little time working on the techniques, so very flexible for those with busy schedules. Love the healing techniques I've learned. They're very effective.
